CONDITIONS/DESCRIPTIONS:

As much as is humanly possible, we will give you complete descriptions and beyond on our products.  Any defects we are aware of, you will be also.  We will try not to make the descriptions lengthy, but the information in the description will be important - please read it all. (There will be a quiz when you finish reading this!! JUST KIDDING!!)

AUCTION/PURCHASE ENDED - PAYMENT

We will contact you almost immediately [or as fast as we can ;-) ] and would appreciate a prompt turnaround with your payment also.  We prefer PayPal for payment, and accept money orders and cashiers checks.  [If you absolutely MUST use a personal check, your purchase will not be sent until it clears in our account, an unnecessary wait.]  DEFINITELY don't send cash to anyone at any time!!!

Concerning PayPal - you can pay with credit cards that way - and you don't have to be a member of PayPal to use it but it's worth opening an account :-) You can make payments at no charge and even accept them (even from your buddy or Mom!) without charge if you don't do that too often.

One of the reasons we appreciate a prompt payment turnaround, is because we will provide you with a prompt turnaround in shipping.  We will ship within 2 days of the time your payment is received and cleared.  Obviously, PayPal clears immediately as do money orders/cashiers checks - however different from PayPal, the others require a certain amount of time for delivery, delaying receiving your item.

Our shipping costs include a handling fee (payment for materials and time for our shippers and packers).  You will always find our handling fee not to be unreasonable.  We will NOT try to add to the price of what you purchased by inflating the handling fees.  We also include "delivery confirmation" aka "tracking" so please contact us if you are concerned about timing, although it is very easy to get impatient in waiting and we may let you know to be a bit more patient before a true panic state sets in.

We recommend you purchase insurance for the shipment but we don't include it nor require it.  We DO the vast majority of our shipping via USPS - the good old United States Postal Service.

If you want any type of shipping other than the default type (which will be obvious in the item description), then PLEASE!! let us know before you pay for the item(s).  Otherwise your payment amount will not be accurate and we will not be able to ship until we straighten this all out with you.  We usually will have a number of shipping types listed in the item description, but there are always other alternatives.

RETURNS:

Our return policy, unless otherwise stated, is that we will always accept returns on any item different from the description on eBay.  Many items are sold "as is" and if so, it will be stated in the listing, and those are not returnable.

If you need to return an item you must contact us for a Return Authorization number.  We are unable to reimburse shipping in any direction.

Any situation that differs from descriptions here will be clearly stated in the item description.  PLEASE, PLEASE, contact us with ANY questions or concerns BEFORE you bid for or purchase an item we are selling.
