We do everything possible to assure that your
tree arrives quickly and in healthy condition. Therefore, we ship all trees to
arrive in no more than 2-3 days. To prevent trees from being held by the
carrier over the long weekends, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so that all
orders arrive before the end of the week. Orders received on Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Next Day Delivery
Shipping via Next Day Air is available Monday -
Thursday. Orders must be received by 9:00 AM EST. The shipping fee for sending
bonsai trees via Next Day Air is 2 1/2 times the price of the regular shipping
price. For example, if the shipping cost shown in our catalog is $9.95, the
Next Day Air shipping cost will be $24.88.
Saturday Delivery is Not Available
International Shipments: We do NOT
ship Internationally (including Canada and Mexico)
Surcharge: Shipments to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and United States Virgin Islands add $15.00 surcharge.
Please note there is a $7.95 minimum
shipping fee for most accessory items, however, for most
accessories, the shipping is free with a tree order.

Cold Weather Shipping
We may delay the shipment of your tender
tropical tree order until the weather warms up enough to avoid frost damage
during transit. Should that be necessary we will contact you at that time.
